What is the lead timefor a custom guitar?
Delivery Term is normally 120 days after the date we receive your Purchase Order.
However Custom Order Models will depend on Specification. We will estimate for each model when we set the specification.
Do you deliver all over the world?
Yes we ship to all countries with no restrictions., we will use the best available shipping company.
What are the payment methods?
Payment by Wire transfer or PayPal in Japanese Yen.(JP¥)
How to pay for the product?
Our International sales policy is 50% deposit, then we start making the instrument.
50% balance of payment will be required just before shipping.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and all import fees and Taxes.
Banking charge, shipping cost and Insurance fee will be charged separately from the product price.
